Contents:

The purpose of the lecture is to give an introduction to the law governing country and town planning as well as to building regulations. Firstly, a survey on the law governing regional and state planning and specialist planning will be imparted. Then, the drawning-up procedure, the legal nature and the judicial review of town plans as well as the different legal conditions for the permissibility of projects within and outside of the local scope of building plans will be treated. Finally, the law concerning the building permission and its substitutes as well as the measures against illegal projects will be described. The lecture will be accompanied by a course of exercises and completed with an examination paper. Prof. Wolf
