Im Rahmen der Unternehmensführung ist das Verständnis der Unternehmen bzw. der Organisation sowie Strukturen, Prozesse und Methoden des Organisierens eine wesentliche Grundlage eines umfassenden und zukunftsorientierten wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiums.
Eine privatwirtschaftliche oder öffentliche Institution "richtig" zu organisieren, gehört zu den kritischen Erfolgsfaktoren im internationalen Wettbewerb.

Contents:
The course discusses the following topics: definition of organisation, models of the firm, objectives of organisations, constitutional decisions, division of labour (specialisation) and co-ordination, structuring of organisations, process management, human behaviour within organisations, corporate information and communication.
