Inhalt:

Ziel der Vorlesung ist es, einen Einführung in das Öffentliche Recht zu geben. Ihr Gegenstand ist das deutsche Verfassungs- und Verwaltungsrecht. Zunächst werden die Verfassungsprinzipien des föderalen, republikanischen und demokratischen Sozial- und Rechtsstaats sowie die Bildung und Funktion der Verfassungsorgane behandelt. Sodann wird ein Einblick in das Wesen und die Bedeutung der Grundrechte vermittelt. Schließlich werden Grundsätze, Aufbau, Verfahren und Handlungsformen der Verwaltung beschrieben. Die Vorlesung wird von einer Übung begleitet und mit einer schriftlichen Prüfung abgeschlossen. Prof. Dr. Wolf; Assessor Heugel

The purpose of the lecture is to give an introduction to public law. Its subject is the German constitutional and administrative law. Firstly, the constitutional principles of the federal, republican, deomocratic, and social state under the rule of law as well as the creation und function of the constitutional institutions will be treated. Then, an idea of the essence and importance of the fundamental rigths will be given. Finally, principles, structure, proceedings, and forms of acting of the administration will be described.
